YOUTH INITIATIVES
These are projects
created and managed by a group of young people who present a new idea
for developing their local environment, as an answer to their needs and
interests. These are innovative and creative projects of solidarity,
with an impact on their local community, in which young people
participate actively as members, not only in their neighbourhood or
municipality, but in a wider society : Europe.
Who can participate?
The participating group has to be formed by at least 4
young people from 15 to 30 years old, living in the program countries. The young people from 15 to 18 years old have to be
accompanied by a support person.
The duration of the project is from 3 to 18 months, from the
preparation to the implementation to the evaluation and the monitoring.

THEATER OF MIGRATIONS In 2009 and 2010, we created the Theater
of Migrations, with a group of youngsters living in and around Tortosa
about migration of birds and humans, in order to increase
public awareness of social and environmental problems of the region.
The work has been represented in the Municipal Park of Tortosa the
4th of July!
The project received the
prize Catalonia
NAFENT 2010 of conflict resolution, from the GREC Foundation and
the first prize Terres de l'Ebre of the fourth edition of the awards
Federico Mayor Zaragoza of the Associació Amigues i Amics de la
Unesco de Tortosa.

Rural
paparazzi is a project of international photography exhibition of
rural areas, realized with youngsters from poland, Latvia, Portugal
and Spain (L’Aldea - Tortosa), from January until September.
